Financial Assistance?

If you are an employee of PPC and have a need for financial assistance resulting from a catastrophic event (such as illness, accident, injury, death, or natural disaster) or other emergency circumstances, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance.  For questions or further information, please email info@fromthehearttx.org or contact President Cheryl Hartfield at 817-252-4292.  All inquiries are confidential. If you need to apply for financial assistance, complete the “Application for Financial Assistance” Form and submit it to Cheryl Hartfield.
